Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace (Research).

We are inviting organisations to participate in academic research exploring the benefits of emotional intelligence (EI) and critical thinking (CT) in the workplace. This innovative study utilises cutting edge concepts relating to CT & EI with two data collection points - an initial assessment and a twelve-month follow up. Participants will gain access to comprehensive, resources and module materials designed to enhance EI and critical thinking abilities among employees at all levels. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to pioneering research while fostering a more emotionally intelligent, adaptive, and collaborative workforce. ​​
